Red cabbage<\/strong> is a vegetable that belongs to the brassica<\/em> family whose scientific name is Brassica oleracea L. var. Capitata f. rubra.<\/em>. It is a variety of cabbage that has a characteristic purple color and the strength of this color will depend on the acidity of the land where it is grown.<\/p>\n

It is a vegetable that has a high content of vitamin K. It also has iron, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iodine, zinc, manganese, sodium, vitamin A, C, D, E and vitamins of group B.<\/p>\n

The main format with which we work is filmed with which, thanks to the fact that it is not in direct contact with the air, favors its conservation.<\/p>\n

Our planning allows us to have our products available throughout the whole year.
