It is mainly white in color.
White meat can taste sweet or spicy, depending on whether they are forage or table.
This vegetable is high in vitamin K and also has iron, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iodine, zinc, manganese, sodium, vitamin A, C, D, E and B vitamins.
