Red cabbage

Red cabbage is a vegetable that belongs to the brassica family whose scientific name is Brassica oleracea L. var. Capitata f. rubra.. It is a variety of cabbage that has a characteristic purple color and the strength of this color will depend on the acidity of the land where it is grown.

It is a vegetable that has a high content of vitamin K. It also has iron, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iodine, zinc, manganese, sodium, vitamin A, C, D, E and vitamins of group B.
